BMlaw
BMlaw is a pre-eminent provider of high quality and punctual legal services to
the Pine Rivers area. The firm has expanded and grown in recent years and
now provides a comprehensive range of legal services to the local community
while maintaining its ability to provide a personalised service. A number of our
clients have been with the practice for over 30 years.
History
- In 2000 Tony Biggar purchased one of Pine Rivers longest running legal practices.
- In 2002 Stephen Maguire, an accredited Family Law Specialist, joined Tony in partnership bringing
with him his Family Law experience.
- In August 2004 the practice expanded and moved to its current location in Strathpine.
- In July 2006 an additional office was opened in Albany Creek to service the needs of the local community through the provision of a specialist Family Law service.
- In June 2006 BMlaw purchased part of the Trilby Misso practice in Strathpine and incorporated it with our Strathpine office.
- The Practice has grown by providing a broad range of services through a team of dedicated professionals.
Partners
Tony and Stephen are both representatives of the Queensland Law Society.
Tony is a member of the Property Law and Practice Committee and Stephen is
a member of the Family Law Committee. Both partners are well respected
within the local community and are fully informed on any new developments
within the law and especially in their area of expertise.
Staff
BMlaw employs a team comprised of two partners, four solicitors and fourteen
dedicated and professional support staff. The diverse abilities of the team
enable the firm to provide a broad ranging quality service to their existing
clients, and new clients. BMlaw has received tremendous support from its staff
over the years - one member being with the Practice thirty five years and another twenty years
